Welcome to Centre for Spiritual Living EDMONTON!
The Centre for Spiritual Living™ Edmonton is a spiritual community where individuals are supported in discovering their inner wholeness and greater potential. We teach a philosophy called the Science of Mind and Spirit. This is a teaching based on New Thought and Ancient Wisdom. It blends the best of all the world’s faith teachings with philosophy, psychology and science to provide the individual with powerful tools for self-understanding and life enhancement.
We are a Different Church
We welcome and embrace people of all faiths, lifestyles, backgrounds and ethnicities. We believe in the Oneness of all life and of all people.
We provide spiritual tools to transform your personal life and help make the world a better place. We are a spiritual community that honors all paths to God and can help you experience a personal relationship with God. When God is the focus of our spirituality, then other areas of our lives fall into place—we are happier, and we can do more for others, be better stewards of the Earth, and help bring peace and harmony to the world.
If you are in search of a spiritual community where you are respected and accepted for who you are and want the inspiration and support to grow to your highest potential, please accept our invitation to visit us soon! We welcome you to explore with us!
Community Meditation Every Sunday at 9:40 to 9:55 am
Community lead meditations each Sunday! Doors close at 9:40 so please be seated in time. We don't like turning you away but we want to respect the 15 minutes of silence
Sundays at the Centre
We offer 2 services every Sunday morning: 10am, 11:30am. There is fabulous music, transformative prayer, and an inspirational message. Our services are fun (we laugh), engaging (you are welcome to stand and clap to the music) and, at the same time, uplifting. Each service lasts approximately 1 hour.
Can we bring our kids?
Childcare and Sunday programs are offered for kids from infants & toddlers to tweens (up to 12 years). Children are welcome in the service, but our youth programs are so much fun and such a hit with kids and parents that most children participate there. We have a check-in and check-out procedure for kids 12 and under so that parents can rest assured their children are safe.
What’s the easiest way to get to the Edmonton Centre?
We are located at the cross roads of 75 Street and 101 Ave.
What should I wear?
We are an eclectic bunch – some folks wear jeans & some folks dress up. Please be comfortable. We are just happy you want to join us!
How can I meet people?
During the service, you will be invited to fill out a Connection Card at our Welcome table at the back corner of the sanctuary. These cards allow you to get connected to our online affirmations for the day or the week, to upcoming Special Events and to our monthly WORD. The Card also is exchanged for gifts. We value each person and we open our community to the gifts and talents you bring. The bulletin you received on your way in to service will tell you about upcoming events, classes, workshops or other activities that might be of interest to you. And you can stay in touch through this website.
What if I would like to volunteer?
Our Ministry of Service (what we call our volunteers) would love to have you participate. You can let us know of your interested by calling our church office during the week and we will connect you with our Ministry of Service team leaders.

Is there Prayer Support for newcomers?
The Centre for Spiritual Living is built on a foundation of prayer. We have 16 prayer partners -- individuals who will support you in prayer on Sundays and throughout the week. You can fill out a written Prayer Request each Sunday and you will receive dedicated prayer that day and each day during the week. If you would like more in-depth spiritual support, you can schedule a 1-hour session by calling a prayer partner on the back of the bulletin
Does the church offer anything online?
Our Sunday service can be viewed on Sundays or during the week following a service through our website. You can also listen to a service accessible on line through our website. We also have a Facebook page that you could join.
How can I learn more about The Centre for Spiritual Living?
This website has a lot of information. Under the “I’m New” tab, please check out “What We Believe” to learn more about the philosophy of the Science of Mind and Spirit. Or sign up for CSL 101 when it is offered, this is a nuts and bolts 3 part class!
